Terms and Conditions – Student Admission Incentive Program
(All Employees)
1. Eligibility
-
This incentive program is open to all full-time and part-time staff members currently employed at OIET Public School.
-
Staff must be actively employed at the time of student admission confirmation and incentive disbursement.
2. Definition of a Successful Admission
A successful admission is defined as a new student who:
-
Completes full registration, documentation, and admission formalities,
-
Pays the applicable monthly, quarterly, or annual fee,
-
Completes at least one full calendar month of active attendance at the school.
3. Referral and Verification Process
-
Staff must inform the school administration in advance about a prospective admission using the designated Admission Referral Form.
-
At the time of registration, parents/guardians must clearly declare the referring staff member’s name.
-
Only one staff member's name will be accepted for each student referral.
-
School Operations team reserves the right to verify, approve, or reject any referral before confirming incentive eligibility.
4. Incentive Payment Terms​
-
Incentives will be processed and paid in the month immediately following:
-
Confirmation of admission, and
-
Receipt of the first full fee payment (monthly/quarterly/annual).

Incentive payouts are subject to verification of enrollment and fee payment.
-
The referral and incentive status will be visible to staff members after verification through internal tracking.
5. Withdrawal Clause
-
If a referred student withdraws or discontinues within the first month, no incentive will be paid.
-
Repeated early withdrawals from referred students may result in:
-
Temporary suspension from the incentive program,
-
Further eligibility review or removal.
-
6. Incentive Tiers and Bonus Slabs

Bonus is awarded once milestones are crossed (5, 10, 15 admissions).

Per-student payout rate increases based on the total number of successful referrals.
7. Limits, Ethics, and Code of Conduct
-
There is no upper limit to the number of admissions a staff member can refer.
-
All referrals must be genuine and in the best interest of the school.
-
Staff must not:
-
Misrepresent the school’s facilities, curriculum, results, or fee structure,
-
Offer unauthorized discounts or promises,
-
Create or encourage false documentation.
-

Any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behavior will result in:
-
Immediate disqualification from the program,
-
Possible disciplinary action, including employment termination.

8. Final Authority and Disputes
-
In case of disputes regarding a referral:
-
OIET Public School’s Operations Team and Management Trust will have full and final authority.
-
Their decision will be final and binding on all participants.
-
-
No incentive claims will be entertained in case of referral disputes without proper documentation.
9. Program Amendments and Termination
-
OIET Public School reserves the right to:
-
Modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice,
-
Change payout structures, eligibility rules, or bonus slabs based on operational needs.
-

No claims for continuation or compensation will be entertained if the program is modified or withdrawn.
10. Taxation
-
All incentive payments are subject to applicable tax deductions under Indian tax laws.
11. Governing Law
-
This program shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.
-
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala.
Acknowledgement
By participating in the Student Admission Incentive Program, staff members confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms outlined above.
Participation is voluntary.
All decisions made by OIET Public School's Operations Team and Management Trust shall be final and binding.
