Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Admin Staff to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the school's administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school's management and staff.
Front Office Management: Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of student information, staff details, and school documents.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of school events, meetings, and activities.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
Data Entry: Input and update data in the school's management system with a high level of accuracy.
Scheduling: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for school administrators and staff.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
